Goal

When uploading and validating FINANCIALADJUSTMENTRECORD_5900 0108 transaction records, the data is importing with payment_flag='N' and transaction_type = '3'.  These transactions are then available for selection for use in the OIE product but should not be since they are actually adjustments. Why is this occurring?
