How To Check If USERMIGRATE Is Implemented?

The USERMIGRATE is a single command line invocation of the FNDCPASS utility that migrates the encrypted passwords for all local Oracle Application Users (i.e. passwords for all users stored in FND_USER) to a non-reversible hash password scheme.  For further details, please reference <Note 457166.1>.
