Symptoms

Need ability to change current value of attribute15 for specific Order Headers where the order status = Closed.

What is the recommended solution to update DFF information on Sales Order?


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect ability to replace the old values of DFF with the new values to ensure data and reporting accuracy.

STEPS

1. Responsibility: Order Management Super User
2. Navigate: Orders Workbench, Order Organizer > Query and Open one of the Sales Orders >
3. Select Order DFF - Unable to change DFF since order is closed
4. Receive message: FRM-40401: No Changes to save.
