OTM: Unable to Plan Shipment in OTM - Kewill Issue (Doc ID 1085228.1)

Symptoms

Client is unable to build shipments if the order release destination Location has a 5 - 4 digit format zip code (like ZIP: 07748-1910) . If they make the destination location zip code as 5 digit format , the order gets planned successfully

Following error is seen in the OTM Log :

2010-04-01 02:51:53.223 95253 Debug RateEngine cause.RatingEngine.ExceptionCaught (method=REXGeneric.parseStream(), stackTrace=[INFEASIBLE] Error code in standard response from Kewill external rating engine: <Invalid zip/postal code> at glog.business.rate.rateengine.external.REXKewill.parseStream(REXKewill.java:956)
