Business Requirement:

Require the ability to restrict the list of Responsible Parties in the Add Event form. This has been attempted unsuccessfully via the VPD profile (predicate for table APP_ACTION_RESP_PARTY_P).

There are several responsible parties who add shipment events, each of them having a user role. Each role must only be able to see the corresponding responsible party, because each responsible party has a particular status group profile assigned to restrict the events possible to add to a particular role.
