Symptoms
On OTM Version 5.5.05.06, Find that when planning orders with Minimum Stopff Volume setting on an itinerary, the Orders are not being consolidated optimally

Expect that the orders are consolidated optimally
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Set up a multistop itinerary with Minimum stoff volume and try to plan orders using this itinerary
2. See that the planning results in sub-optimal consolidation of orders
