Symptoms

Profile options 'PER_SECURITY_PROFILE_ID' and 'PER_BUSINESS_GROUP_ID '  are not defined for a session when users use same browser session.

Example~:

User <USERNAME> login
Select e.g. 'XXX Manager Self Service'
Select ‘Performance Management/Appraisals’
Check with "Diagnostics/Show log on Screen/Log Level=Statement"
         "XXX Business Group: 81" -> is set to the correct value
Logout
Use <USERNAME> login - *same browser session*
Select e.g. ‘XXX Employee Self Service’
Select ‘Performance Management/Appraisals’
Check with "Diagnostics/Show log on Screen/Log Level=Statement"
         "XXX Business Group: -1" -> is set to undefined -> -1 but should be 81


The <USERNAME> and <USERNAME> have the responsibilities 'XXX Manager Self Service' and 'XXX Employee Self Service' assigned were the security group is set to "XXX Business Group" for both of them.
