Symptoms
On OTM Version 6.0.3,When attempting to send the PO Interface to OTM from EBS via BPEL,the following error occurs.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Set up the PO INterfacce in BPEL
2. Create a PO in EBS and send it to OTM
3. See that the transmission errors with the above message
