Symptoms
On 12.1.1 in Production,
find unable to Copy/Paste in Invoice workbench after R12 upgrade.
The invoice workbench is simply an example. It is expected that if one has this issue, one will be unable to cut and paste into any form
Expected behavior
Expect to Copy/Paste in Oracle Applications after R12 upgrade.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Try to copy invoice number to query in Invoice workbench window.
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, business is getting annoyed with so many unnecessary keystrokes to enter manually invoices.

You may have upgraded to Release 12.1.1, however there are potentially other causes
