Unable to edit or delete the Remark Qualifier and Value on an existing Power Unit

Symptoms
In OTM Version 6.1.1, When trying to edit or delete a remark qualifier on a power unit, the following error is received:
ERROR
-----------------------
Cannot update the POWER_UNIT_REMARK record. DOMAIN_NAME must be set.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into OTM 6.1
2. Go to Fleet Management --> Power Unit Management
3. Search for any existing power unit
4. Click to Edit
5. Go to Remarks Tab
6. Click the Pencil to edit an existing Remark Qualifier
7. Change the text
8. Click Save
9. Click Finished
10. Note the error:
