=== ODM Issue Clarification ===
On OTM 6.0.3 a Shipment is created where the Shipment is Shown as TIME INFEASIBLE.
However the times on the Shipment are within the time windows set on the Order.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect the Shipment not to be Time Infeasible.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1 - Create an Order.
2 - Plan the Order onto a Shipment.
3 - Edit the Shipment and in the Header tab see the Feasibility Code field displays "TIME INFEASIBLE"
