Sell Shipment not Listed On Bill

Symptoms
On OTM Version 6.0, One can not find the sell shipments listed on Bills.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Select a Sell Shipment > Create a Bill > Edit the Bill > Routes/Ports tab > Note that the the shipment Number is not shown under "Invoice Shipments".
