Parent Data Entry Field is Missing on Parent Locations by Asset Type Screen

Symptoms
In the Parent Locations by Asset Type power data screen, when creating a "New" Parent Locations by Asset Type, the Parent Location title exists, but the finder field is missing.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into 6.1
2. Go to "Fleet and Asset Management > Power Data > Tracking > Parent Locations by Asset Type"
3. Click "New"
4. Note the Parent Location ID title is there, but the blank/finder field below is missing.
