Buy Shipment Events Do Not Show The Descriptions in OTM 6.1

Symptoms
In OTM 6.1 when adding a Shipment event the Description of hte Event added is not Displayed in its place a code is seen.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expecte the description to be shown.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
-----------------------------------
1 - Log onto an OTM 5.5 system.
2 - Navigate to: Transportation Planning and Execution > Visibility > Buy Shipment Events > add a Shipment Event to a Shipment.
3 - Set the Status to 'Pickup Appointment Time'.
4 - The Description is displayed.
5 - Log onto an OTM 6.1 system.
6 - Navigate to: Shipment Management > Visibility > Buy Shipment Events > Selected a Shipment and add a Shipment Event to that Shipment.
7 - Set the Status to 'Pickup Appointment Time' and the following two codes are displayed:
