Symptoms

Find that Line will not progressed past the "Schedule_Eligible" activity and remains in a "Booked" status.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Expect Line to progress to Awaiting Shipping

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. As OM Super User
2. Query for the Order Number
3. Navigate to "Lines" tab
4. Review status attribute of the problematic Line
