On : 11.5.9 version, Transaction Fulfillment
Find Line 1.1 of Order Number 1052472 will not progressed past the "Schedule_Eligible" activity and remains in a "Booked" status.

Expect Line 1.1 to progress to Awaiting Shipping

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. As OM Super User
2. Query Order Number 1052472 in the Sales Order workpad
3. Navigate to "Lines" tab
4. Review status attribute of Line 1.1
