Goal

Question :

Is below behavior product design at R12 level and 11i (post SFTP patch application)  ?

 

Find that when running Create Settlement Batch (R12) or iPayment Scheduler BatchClose (11i)  no local copy of outout is done.

File is sent to paymentech and is correct , but no local copy is done in -- Local File Directory [LOCAL_DIR] = /tmp




EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect that on local file copy would  done when sending settlement file to Paymentech.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Fund Capture Process Manager
2. Home > Concurrent Request > Run Create Settlement Batch (R12) or iPayment Scheduler (11i)
3. Output is well sent to Paymentech BPE but no local copy is done

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot check the locally copied file
