Symptoms
During upgrade from 11i to R12, Withholding tax is not calculated on variance invoice lines.
Steps to reproduce:
- After R12 upgrade log into Oracle applications using a Payables responsibility.
- Open the Invoice Workbench
(N) Invoices > Entry > Invoice
- Query an Invoice
- Click on Distributions button
- Check withholding tax is calculated for variance lines
