Unable To View Inbound XML From EBS for Order Release (Doc ID 1094615.1)

Symptoms

Send an order to OTM from EBS via standard BPEL integration. The order successfully interfaces over to OTM. However when viewing the transmission XML that was sent from EBS ( Business Process Automation > Integration > Perform and Integration Command > View Transmission) it only shows a snippet of the transmission header (it only shows username and password).

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect to see the whole transmission

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Send an order release from EBS to OTM
2. View the generated transmission
3. Only the user name and password shows on the transmission
