Question 1:

Business events for HZ and WSH locations are enabled,  is it a requirement to run the 'Location to Region Mapping' program?

Question 2:

'Insert into Interface Table' parameter is passed as Y. Does this create a Region if there is no region that exists for that location and then will it map that location to the newly created region?
What is the difference between the parameter Mode being set to Create New Regions versus parameter Insert Flag being set to Yes?  
Does choosing Create New Regions insert new regions? 
If user selects the Mode as Create New Regions, do they need to set the Insert Flag to Yes or should this be set to No?

Question 3:

If the address has Postal code, then will it create Region with region_type as '3'?

Question 4:

Is it possible to map same region to multiple zones with zone level: Postal code?

Question 5:

What is the optimum settings for the parameter Number of Workers?
The default value is 1. Should this be set to a different value in order to obtain the best performance?
