Symptoms


While uploading the transactions via WebADI ,

The following error has occurred...

Exception Name: oracle.apps.bne.exception.BneFatalException - A system error has occurred. Have your system administrator view the bne.log file.Log File Bookmark: 114625

The BNE log file shows an error similar to the following:

3/25/10 6:02 AM ERROR BneFileDownloadPage1::createPage() Exceeded maximum wait time for bootstrap download to occur. This may have been caused by high load on the server or some other network error.
3/25/10 6:02 AM TRACE BneUIXUtils.createErrorPage() Start
3/25/10 6:02 AM ERROR BneUIXUtils.createErrorPage() Error number 816938
3/25/10 6:02 AM ERROR BneUIXUtils.createErrorPage() Stack Trace:
oracle.apps.bne.exception.BneFatalException: A system error has occurred. Have your system administrator view the bne.log file.
at oracle.apps.bne.webui.pageflow.BneFileDownloadPage1.createPage(BneFileDownloadPage1.java:111)

The BNE Log file may also display the following error during MSP Integration which also uses the Web ADI integration. This same solution will resolve the MSP issue:

EXCEPTION: oracle.apps.pa.webconnect.exception.PaWcFatalException: Fatal error during XML file processing
