Access To Receiving Screens Is Restricted To Non-Employees In R12.1.2 (Doc ID 1097050.1)

On :  12.1.2 version, Receiving Functions

On release 12.1.2 when a user, who has been associated in FND_USER to a person name of an ex-employee, is attempting to access the receiving forms the following error is displayed:

You are not setup as a worker. To access this form you need to be a worker.

On release 12.1.1 the same user was able to access these forms.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to 'Purchasing Super User -> Receiving -> Receipts'.
2. User gets message: 'You are not setup as a worker. To access this form you need to be a worker.'


Upgrade from 12.1.1 to 12.1.2.
