Symptoms

The Format Payment Instructions process is "stuck" in Formatting status, and completing with the following error:

java.sql.SQLException: ORA-06553: PLS-306: wrong number or types of arguments in call to 'CREATE_PPR_EXTRACT_1_0'
ORA-06512: at "APPS.IBY_EXTRACTGEN_PVT", line 433
ORA-06512: at line 1

The above error and line number may vary. Some possible alternative errors include:

java.sql.SQLException: ORA-06553: PLS-306: wrong number or types of arguments in call to 'CREATE_PAYER_NOTIF_EXTRACT_1_0'
java.sql.SQLException: ORA-06553: PLS-306: wrong number or types of arguments in call to 'CREATE_POS_PAY_EXTRACT_1_0'
