On OTM 6.1 the Shipment Outbound Transmission contains an unexpected namespace.

SETPS TO REPLICATE
------------------------------

1 - Using an OTM 6.1 system add the following properties to the glog.properties file, in an attempt to remove namespace from teh files that will be generated:

glog.integration.enableXmlNamespace=false
glog.integration.enableTargetNamespace=false

2 - Restart the server.

3 - Log onto the OTM 6.1 system.

4 - Navigate to: Shipment Management > Shipment Management > Buy Shipments.

5 - Select a Shipment and click, Actions > Shipment Management > Utilities > Send Interface Transmission.

6 - The transmission received will contain:

xmlns="http://xmlns.oracle.com/apps/otm"

7 - It was expected the namespace would not be present due to the property settings.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
