Clicking Appraisals via Manager Self-Service Errors Out With An error has occured while contacting the Knowledge Integration Servlet (Doc ID 1104335.1)

When attempting to click Appraisals via Manager Self-Service, the following error occurs.

An error has occured while contacting the Knowledge Integration Servlet. Error Message : Oracle error 20001: Server returned HTTP response code: 407 for URL: http://xxxx:8002/OA_HTML/Servlet has been detected in callServer.

Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Manager Self-Service
  2. Appraisals

Please note that the same issue occurs with the navigation path below:

1. Manager Self-Service
2. Performance Management
3. Click on 'Go to Task' for Appraisal task
