Phone 1 Is A Hyperlink For Location View Unnecessarily

Symptoms
On OTM Version 6.1.1, Find that the Phone 1 field in the Location Communication and Remarks tab, is created as a hyperlink and clicking on this field produces an error
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect that the Phone 1 field is not a hyperlink field
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a Location with an entry in the phone 1 field of the communication and remarks tab
2. View the location and see that the Phone 1 field is a hyperlink field
3. Click on it and see that there is an error that says " The ID entered does not match ...."
