Arrival Date Returned from Kewill is Not Displayed in Pickup Date Field when Using RIQ (Doc ID 1104920.1)

Symptoms

When running an RIQ with Kewill, the Pickup time is not as expected. Instead the pickup time is being populated with same date as the "Date Available by" Time.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into OTM.
2. Click the "Rates/RIQ" icon and enter the required information.
3. Click "Search".
4. Note the Pickup date is the same as the "Date Available by" entered in the RIQ instead of the ARRIVE_TIME returned in the logs such as below:
