Errors ORA-01403 FRM-40735 When Opening Order Organizer Form (Doc ID 1106104.1)

Symptoms

When the Quick Sales Order form or Order Organizer form is opened, the following error occurs:

ORA-01403: No data found
FRM-40735: WHEN-NEW-FORM-INSTANCE trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-06510.

Changes

One-off patches 9400633 and 9259355 were applied for AP and now OM forms error.
