Symptoms
When attempting to submit Actual cost process, the following error occurs.
ERROR

Decision: -Prior Inventory period has not been closed. Cannot proceed.
STEPS
-----------------------
1. PM Financials responsability: Actual Cost process form
2. Intend to submit providing Legal Entity, Calendar, and Period parameters, Period Status: Open/Cost Type: Actual.
3. Message appears.
