When Service Request is created from e-Business Center, the SR Number is not generated and the following error occurs when the Details Button is clicked:
(R) Telesales Agent
(N) eBusiness Center > Query for Party
- Click on Service Request Tab
- Enter Mandatory details
- Click Save button from Toolbar
- After getting the confirmation that SR is saved, click on Details button, the error is encountered
