You are using Oracle Applications release 11i or 12 with BI Publisher release 5.6.3.
You created an XML Publisher report which Bursts to Multiple users, however the Concurrent Job is completing with the following error:

Generating Bursting Status Report..

java.util.zip.ZipException: duplicate entry: /<FILENAME>.xls

The Email is being correctly sent to multiple recipients but it is ending in error due to the fact the same file is used in attachment.
