When attempting to reply, reroute, create an SR from the email  the following error occurs.

JTF_PARAMVAL_SCAN_FAILED

Steps to reproduce:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Send email with email body containing Javascript code
2. Open reply , reroute or create SR
