Symptoms
In OTM 6.1, When attempting to delete a message type, the following error occurs.

HTTP Status 404 - /GC3/glog.webserver.util.AbstractSaveServlet/1274801116666
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into OTM 6.1.
2. Navigate to Business Process And Automation --> Power Data --> Message Management --> Message Type.
3. Search for any Message Type.
4. Select the record and click "Delete".
5. Note the error below received:
HTTP Status 404 - /GC3/glog.webserver.util.AbstractSaveServlet/1274801116666
