Symptoms
On OTM Version 5.5.06, Find that the Mass Update for Total Actual Cost on a Custom Buy Shipment screen set is not saving the changes and just stays there as it is
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect that the Total Actual Cost mass update is executed successfully
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Set up Mass Update for Total Actual COst field on a custom Buy Shipment screen set
2. Try to mass update the cost for a few shipments and see that the action does not complete and stays in the Saving state for a long time
