Multiple Order Base Updates at the Same Time Result in OMD Action Failing with Exception: "Cannot delete the SHIP_UNIT_LINE record" (Doc ID 1114818.1)

Multiple Order Base updates occur at the same time for Order Bases on the same shipment. This initiates two simultaneous OMD actions, and one of the actions fails with:

Cannot delete the SHIP_UNIT_LINE record. A S_SHIP_UNIT_LINE record references
it in its SHIP_UNIT_GID, SHIP_UNIT_LINE_NO column.

This causes data corruption on the Order Release causing its status to be incorrect as the update is failing mid-process.
