Reference Numbers on Rate Record Displayed in Wrong Fields (Doc ID 1116843.1)

Symptoms


Reference Number Qualifiers on a Rate Record are reversing the two fields in a Reference Number Qualifier.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1 - Log on to an OTM system.

2 - Navigate to: Contract and Rate Management > Contract Management > Rate Record.

3 - Click NEW and assign an ID

4 - Click Finished and re-edited the Rate Record.

5 - In the Lane Info tab set the following:

Reference Number Qualifier ID: <Reference Number Qualifier ID>.
Reference Number: <Reference Number>

6 - Click SAVE

7 - The data is displayed correctly to the screen.

8 - Click Finished.

9 - The data is displayed incorrectly, the <Reference Number> was under the Reference Number Qualifier and <Reference Number Qualifier ID> was under Reference Number.
