XLA_EVENTS Status Not Being Updated On Manual Subledger Accounting Journals (Doc ID 1119736.1)

MANUAL journals, when created through SLA UI page remain in U statuses, even though the header/lines are transferred to GL.

When creating a Journal of ENTITY_CODE = 'MANUAL' in SLA the Manual journal will stay in Unprocessed status after Create Accounting is run.

The application lets you proceed and complete and post the journal.

The system submits Create Accounting and Transfer to GL  successfully.

When viewing the XLA_EVENTS table, both EVENT_STATUS_CODE and PROCESS_STATUS_CODE are still displaying Status = "U."
The corresponding header record in the XLA_AE_HEADERS table displays GL_TRANSFER_STATUS_CODE = "Y."

This is causing a problem for closing periods in that it sees the "U" on xla_events table and will not let the Close of the period.
