Not Able To Delete "Routing Information" Section Present In The Location View Manager Layout.

Symptoms
The Routing Information section in "LOCATION_VIEW" Manager Layout can not be seen, while when view a location, this section is present.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect that Routing Information can be removed when desired
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Copy the default "LOCATION_VIEW" Manager Layout
2) Delete the Routing Information Section from the Manager Layout, so that it does not appear. However we do not find this section.
3) Attach this Manager Layout to corresponding screenset
4) Open any location (so that it opens with the ML created)
5) The Routing Information Section is visible.
