Symptoms
When sending outbound transmissions from OTM to an external system the connection appears to stay open for 30 seconds before closing even though a 200 response code was sent back to OTM.
The issue has the following business impact:
Outbound integration performance is negatively impacted due to the connections remaining open for an extended period of time.
