Symptoms
On OTM v5.5 (CU5 RU3) , When reports are scheduled to be run on the last weekday or the last weekend of a Month, the reports never run. The reports server has to be re-started after this time for other activities to continue
Expected Behaviour

Expect that the scheduled report for the last weekday or the last weekend of the month
Steps to Reproduce
-------------------------
1. From OTM, try to schedule a report for the last weekend or last weekday of the month from Business Process Automation - Reporting Manager - Reports (or)
2. Schedule a report directly on the report server by scheduling the test.rdf that comes along with the reports server
3. See that at the exact time of the report to be run, the report server goes into an endless loop and the report never runs
