The MobileComm Outbound Freeform Message XML Does Not Have The <NotifyInfo>. (Doc ID 1123383.1)

The MobileComm outbound freeform message xml does not have the <NotifyInfo> that contains the message content.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:


1. Create a Driver.
2. Attach a contact to the Driver and check "Use Message Hub" box.
3. Create Power Unit.
4. Create Outbound Message Type.
Message Priority: 1
Has Send to Message Center: Always
PERSIST Outbound Messages: Checked
Message Center User ID: DBA.ADMIN
Enter Contact Notify ID
5. Set up a Device.

To Replicate:

1. Go to Business Fleet Management --> Driver Management --> Driver Manager
2. Search for the Driver
3. Select and click Action --> Fleet Management --> Utilities --> Compose and send message
4. Enter the Outbound Message Type ID
Enter the contact
Message Priority: 1
Subject: Test Subject
Text: Whatever you want
Click Send
5. Go to Business Process Automation > Integration > Transmission Manager
6. Search for Transmission ID
7. Open and click on Message ID.
8. Check the Message Content section.
