No Success Message When Creating a Job

Symptoms
On OTM Version 6.1.1, Find that there is a blank screen that appears when creating a job from the Order Release Actions - Brokerage and Forwarding - Create Job
However, the job is created in the background and can be seen from the Job UI
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect that the Job confirmation screen is shown with the hyperlink for the Job that is created
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. From Order Release - Click Actions - Brokerage and Forwarding - Create Job
2. See that the confirmation page is empty and there is no link for the Job as well
