Symptoms
On OTM version 6.1.1 not able to remove the 'Temporary' marker from a Location Manager Layout.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect to be able to remove the Temporary tick box.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1 - Log onto an OTM 6.1.1 system.
2 - Navigate to: Configuration and Administration > User configuration > Manager Layout.
3 - Search for LOCATION
4 - Click 'Copy Manager Layout'.
5 - Set the ID
4 - Click to the Detail tab.
5 - There are two fields marked 'Temporary'.
6 - Select the one at the top and click on the Delete icon.
7 - At the prompt click OK.
8 - The Field is removed.
9 - Select the remaining Temporary field and click on the Delete icon.
10 - At the prompt click OK.
11 - The field is not deleted.
12 - Click Finished and try again, the field remains.
