Symptoms

When attempting to run the Period Close Exception Report for Payables the following error/message occurs.

ERROR / MESSAGE

There are some Unwanted accounting events in your system. Please run the sweep program to clean them.

If you do not wish to sweep any transaction, then please run the sweep before closing the accounting period, after all the transactions have been accounted.
