Symptoms
When attempting to run the Create Accounting process, the error of the following type occurs.
ERROR

Post-processing of request 5134739 failed at 26-JAN-2010 09:24:40 with the error message:
One or more post-processing actions failed. Consult the OPP service log for details.

1. Run Actual Cost Process
2. Run Cost Update
3. Run OPM Accounting Pre-processor
4. Create Accouting with Draft mode
