Symptoms

When attempting to submit an order in Oracle iStore after creating a new address for shipping and billing
the following error occurs.

Error

Unable to process your transaction . 
The operating unit is either invalid or cannot be derived. 
Please verify your Multi-Org profile options API_MISSING_ID(COLUMN=ACCT SITE)
Unable to create a valid account site for the given party site (party_site_id=xxxxxxxx)
This site is not a valid site for given Bill to Customer Account/Customer Account




Steps to Reproduce

  1. Login iStore
  2. Add an item to shopping cart
  3. Create new address for shipping and billing
  4. Error occurs when selecting  checkout
