On OTM 6.1.1 setting up scalability and the following configuration is deemed to be incorrect by OTM itself:

When OTM scalability is configured, the errors appear in the scalability verification servlet:

OTMAPP01 Error Appserver property-based URL: xx://otmapp01.datacenter.local:7001 for otmapp01 does not match database URL
OTMAPP02 Error Appserver property-based URL: xx://otmapp02.datacenter.local:7001 for otmapp02 does not match database URL

But the URLs in the database table->field APP_MACHINE->MACHINE_URL are the same (xx://otmapp01.datacenter.local:7001, xx://otmapp02.datacenter.local:7001 respectively)

Expect there to be no message indicating that is it not correct.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. configure OTM per the admin guide.
