Symptoms
When entering a "New Equipment" on the "Tracking Event", the "Equipment Initial" field is noted as required. When attempting to save without populating the "Equipment Initial", the following error is displayed to the screen:
This behavior is inconsistent with prior version that permitted the "Equipment Initial" to be empty.
