Cannot Export To Excel (Doc ID 1138796.1)

Symptoms


When attempting to export to Excel from OTM using Internet Explorer the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
Could not open
'https://<otm_home>/GC3/glog.webserver.finder.ExportResultsServlet/1275574161275?finder_set_gid_OB_ORDER_BASE&query_name=glog.server.query.orderbase.ObOrderBaseQuery'.


STEPS
-----------------------
1.Using an instance running 6.1 log into OTM Version in IE
2. Navigate to any search menu, such as Order Release, Order Base etc. and click search
3. Click on Export
4. Receive Confirmation that OTM has found the records to export
5. Select OK
6. Receive error
