11i: APXINWKB: FRM-40350 Error When Opening Attachments In Invoice Inquiry Form (Doc ID 1139726.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.5.10.2 when attempting to see attachments for invoices in inquiry mode the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------

   FRM-40350: Query caused no records to be retrieved
   <OK>


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Oracle Payables responsibility
2. Navigate to: Invoices / Inquiry / Invoices
3. Query up an invoice with attachments
4. Click on the attachment button in the toolbar

-> The attachments window opens and the error message is shown:

  FRM-40350: Query caused no records to be retrieved
   <OK>

This error does not happen if the Invoices Workbench is opened in entry mode for the same document, in that case the attachments can be queried and opened.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot review attachments when the user is in inquiry mode on the form.
