P45 Process Not Picking Up Terminated Employee

Find that when the p45 process is run, an employee that is terminated is not being picked up and reported.
Step to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Terminate the employee required
2. Run the P45 processes and check the output.
